Return Policy
RugsIncorporated.com is dedicated to your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase—for any reason—simply return it within 15 days from the delivery date and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

for your RA number. Shipments made without an RA number will NOT be accepted and will be returned to you. You must affix the RA# to the outside of the package or handwrite it in bold black ink.
We recommend that you select a carrier that provides a tracking number so that we can track your return shipment. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit upon arrival without delay. You are responsible for shipping costs* back to our warehouse.
Please repackage the rug with care. Wrap the rug securely in its original packaging or equivalent packaging to protect it during shipping. Please do not fold the rug or apply any tape to the top or fringe of the rug as this will damage the product. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds after 15 days.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
