Q: When will my rug arrive?
A: Rugs usually arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on the manufacturer and your geographical location. If a rug is on back order you will be informed either by phone or email.
Q: How is my rug shipped?
A: Our rugs are shipped either by UPS, FedEX or DHL ground service.
Q: What do you charge for shipping?
A: Shipping to the continental U.S. is FREE. Shipping will be charged for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and the Caribbean.
Q: Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
A: Yes, shipping charges do apply.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Outside of the U.S., we only ship to Canada and the Caribbean.
Q: What if I don’t like my rug?
A: You may return your rug for any reason within 15 days. Your 15 days begin from the date you receive your rug. Please see the Return Policy for more details.

Q: Who pays for the shipping on returns?
A: All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Should I insure my rug for the shipping back?
A: We strongly recommend that you do so but it is not required. UPS insures all packages up to $100 free of charge.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Q: Can I safely transmit my credit card information to your site?
A: Yes. We use a server-side Web service application that provides access to our payment processor. All communications take place over secure HTTPS (Hypertext Transport Protocol Secure) links on the Internet. Any device or platform able to originate an HTTPS connection can safely perform payment processing through our processor.

OUR WEBSITE IMAGES: The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. We make every effort to show you an image of the exact size and shape of the rug you are purchasing. If this image is not available, we display the standard rectangular rug. Be advised that the pattern on some shapes and configurations may vary from that of the rectangular image. Sizes and colors may vary from that of the rectangular image.
